Designed to be a relaxing family home, it can also easily adapt to larger gatherings when the clients wish to entertain. Its showpiece design was recognised when it won ‘Residential Apartment Under £1M’ at the SBID Awards 2018. Imbued with personality, the modern open-plan space flows effortlessly, featuring generous, plush modular sofas for indulgent seating and an oversized dining table teamed with bespoke Jimmie Martin graffitied chairs. Striking lighting and modern, clean-lined furniture inject an industrial touch. Specially commissioned artwork was chosen to reflect the clients’ personality and introduce a playful element.
